Compared with the waveguide filter,the filter based on Substrate Integrated Waveguide(SIW)has the advantages of small transmission loss,high Q value,small size and low cost.Compared with the microstrip structure of the filter,SIW structure to make up for its lack of high-frequency section.In this paper,the principle and method of filter design based on integrated waveguide technology are studied.A novel filter structure with high selectivity,low insertion loss,small size and high integration is proposed.The work of this dissertation includes the following aspects:1)A novel single-cavity wide-band filter is proposed.By using TE101,TE102,and TE201 modes in the single-cavity substrate integrated waveguide structure,the perturbation of the mode frequency is realized by loading the metallized via and the surface gap,ultimately achieving broadband filtering.2)The method of utilizing balanced resonant modes of the substrate integrated waveguide resonator to design balanced dual-band bandpass filter is proposed.The TE102 and TE201 modes in a rectangular resonator are used to construct the dual passbands of the balanced filter.The coupling between source and load is introduced by the novel internal coupling structure,resulting in two additional transmission zeros and improved out-of-band suppression performance.at the same time the common mode suppression performance of 35dB or more.3)Design methods for novel miniaturized filters based on QMISW and EMSIW resonators are proposed.First,the third-order Chebyshev filter is designed.After that,the coupling between the source and the load is constructed,a highly selective single passband band miniaturization filter with four transmission zeros is designed.Finally,a dual-band passband filter is designed.
