As an important method to measure air cleanliness, the Laser Particle Counter has been widely used in various industries such as precision instrument manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and semiconductor electronics.Miniaturization, distributed deployment and real-time monitoring have become an important research trend under the premise of guaranteeing the performance of the counter. Therefore,a multi-point Laser Particle Counter is designed in this thesis, attempting to explore a new way for the miniaturization and real-time capability of air cleanliness monitoring.Based on in-depth research on both domestic and overseas materials, the thesis selects DL7140-201S semiconductor laser of Japanese SANYO corporation as the illumination source and adopts the imaging correction system which integrates aspheric lens with cylindrical lens to shape the illuminating beam. This thesis also employs double diaphragms and double optical traps to improve the sensor's SNR.In addition, this thesis uses OP37 operational amplifier and LM311 voltage comparator to design the analysis and processing circuit. Then on the basis of these, this thesis selects XMPP Internet of Things(IOT)protocol and builds an Ejabberd server under the Centos7.0 operating system. Moreover, the thesis uses the W5500 Ethernet controller to design the network communication circuit for the module of the terminal equipment and selects the MVVM.software design pattern to complete the design of the client. In the end,the performance of the multi-point Laser Particle Counter is tested and analyzed in the thesis, which lays a good foundation for the subsequent design. The research work of this thesis has some reference value for the miniaturization, distributed deployment and real-time monitoring of the Laser Particle Counter.
