| With the development of China’s society and economy, car ownership continued to rise, vehicle purchase tax has gradually become a core tax that can’t be ignored. In order to do a better job in the collection and management of vehicle purchase tax, this thesis will focus on the research of the vehicle purchase tax collection and management system of Yunnan National Taxation Bureau. The system can be applied to vehicle purchase tax levy management practices. So, the State Administration of Taxation can better regulate the management of vehicles Tax price dynamic information to ensure timely collection of tax levied by the car. At the same time of optimized the tax services, maximize the collection and management of the work efficiency. This thesis studies and analyzes the vehicle purchase tax collection and management system of Yunnan National Taxation Bureau from the reality of vehicle purchase tax collection. This thesis first describes the research background, the research content and my role in the analysis of the vehicle purchase tax collection management system. Then, according to the business demand of the vehicle purchase tax collection and management system of Yunnan Province, the original business process of the system is given. On the basis of detailed analysis, the optimization process is also given, too. In the function analysis, the use case diagram and the use case description of the system are given, and the total package graph and sub-package diagram of the system are obtained. Then the author analyzes the data of the system, gives the system class diagram, entity class diagram, and gives the data table design. At the end of the thesis, the research and analysis work are summarized, and the further work is prospected. |
