According to the monitoring data of the China Electronic Commerce Research Center,from 2011 to 2016 the trade volume of e-commerce in China has increased by 38.9% in the proportion,with the rapid development of the electric industry,it is a serious challenge to the mail processing capacity and the efficiency of time of the courier company.To improve the quality of express delivery,Postal service company decided to make a project “Domestic Small Package Integrating Service Platform of China Post” to support the daily heavy mail sending better.The system is specially launched to face the Electonic Business market to meet the requirements of seller of the Electronic Bussiness,and to provide personalized delivering services to the agreement client.“Domestic Small Package Integrating Service Platform of China Post designing and realizing” system.At first,it introduces the technique and tools which using in the developing of the system.Then it makes the requirement analysis according to the real business.Next it uses function structure chat and flow chart to complete the outline design and detailed design.Finally it uses the black box and white box testing method to test the key function template.The main function of the system including: order processing,mail posting,accounting,and business management.The system is realized by the programming language of java,the database of oracle,meanwhile work in with the mainstream of the industry's mainstream open source framework: dorado5,ibatis,spring,ajax to complete the architecture of the system and then realized.
