The last century 60's Cangjie makes the character input method to solve the advent of computer Chinese input. Past dozens of years, Chinese input market has blossomed,emerged a series of characters and Pinyin input method model and application, on behalf of the Wangma Wubi and Sogou Pinyin etc.With the development of the Internet,the convenience provided by handheld mobile device is more and more recognized.In the technical level due to the Android, iOS and other operating systems to enhance the user experience fast, so that a large number of intelligent mobile terminal devices become possible. In the current market, the mobile phone input method basically can be divided into three categories: input method based on full keyboard code Pinyin, mostly on behalf of early Dopod and BlackBerry series; input method based on the coding of digital keyboard Chinese,on behalf of the T9 input method; Input method based on touch screen, on behalf of Sogou input method, Baidu input method etc.With changes in hardware prices and people's living habits, touch screen input method is bound to become the mainstream of the market in the future, the input method will continue to use the this trend. According to the traditional Chinese character input method ‘s problem,such as “phonetic code ”with same-codes is too much, “shape code” method with etymon's Memory is difficult and difficulties in reading and writing Chinese characters with teaching Chinese as a foreign language,etc. this paper made the following main solution. The main research work of this paper has the following aspects:First, it use statistical methods and base on the strokes of the Chinese characters and the common degree, introducing the concept of code optimization to categorize the GB2312-80 character set into ten numbers 0-9 keys, and it formulated a Huawen digital Chinese input coding scheme that “Chinese characters up to four codes, the candidate table same-codes up to 8”Chinese digital Chinese input coding scheme. Using digitall keyboard combines with the Android to design the input method software. After optimization code so that the same-codes restrictions in the eight and solves the problem that the same-codes is too much and turns the page to find.Specially in teaching Chinese as a foreign language students to read and write Chinese characters is difficult situation, Huawen input method construct the teaching's character rules that makes character encoding to form a rational.Second,in order to meet the individual needs of the user, it increased self-learning function that “he same level and orderly, level linkage”for intelligent recording user input habit and fitting user's consensus error input to add a “fault tolerance”, Optimize the performance to enhance the user's satisfaction, digital small keyboard input is too applicable to the customs declaration, single hand input and other proprietary scenes.After a lot of functional testing to meet the design requirements and user's experience is good so that it has a great application prospects.
