With the development of optical fiber sensor,the demand of high sensitivity fiber Bragg grating pressure sensor becomes more and more obvious.But the production of sensor and sensor manufacturers production capacity,design capacity,and production process for and the corresponding quality is uneven,how to choose the calibration instrument for optical fiber sensing detection is an urgent problem to be solved.The detection of pressure sensor has become an important index.With the accelerated pace of modernization,industrial production to be more compact,high voltage transformers,high voltage switchgear and other equipment,substation buildings,power towers and other applications.The accuracy of the measurement of physical parameters will have a direct impact on the fault diagnosis of the monitoring system.The pressure sensor is a new generation of optical fiber sensor,which is based on the sensitivity of temperature and strain,the sensor has the characteristics of multi-point distribution detection,anti-electro magnetic interference,long term stability,high precision and so on.It has been widely used in the field of electric power industry,intelligent material performance testing and concrete structure monitoring.Compared with the previous optical fiber sensor,it is not difficult to find that the wavelength modulation type fiber grating sensor has the unique characteristics of the traditional optical fiber sensor.In this paper,the intelligent testing system of pressure sensor and its application in testing experiment conducted in-depth research,developed a new smart pressure sensor calibration system,and its intelligent functions,a full range of hardware and software configurations were design.Developed a new intelligent sensor pressure sensor verification system,and its function of intelligent,hardware and software aspects of the configuration of a comprehensive design.The sensor has good repeatability,sensitivity and linearity,and the wavelength shift of the grating is detected by the demodulator.The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical values.The main contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,the basic structure and related theory of fiber grating are introduced.Then,the characteristics of strain,stress and temperature sensing of fiber Bragg grating are analyzed comprehensively.At the same time,the paper analyzes the structure of the fiber grating pressure sensor and deduces the mathematical model of the pressure sensor,which provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent fiber intelligent pressure test.(2)The establishment of a pressure sensor intelligent detection system test environment,the pressure sensor hardware design,software architecture design,database design,intelligent pressure detection system development,the pressure sensor data calculation,storage,print test report.(3)Based on the experimental data of the pressure sensor,the sensitivity,linearity,repeatability and static index can be calculated by the relevant formula.Then,the error analysis is carried out and the error analysis is carried out in the experiment.
