With the development of information technology, Switching power supply is becoming more and more important, it became to be the focus of attention. So to design low power consumption, good stability, high conversion efficiency of switch power supply is becoming a hot spot of the future switching power supply design.In this paper, using Cadence software, under the condition of TSMC 0.5?m process, to design a voltage control of PWM switching power supply. Power supply circuit mainly includes four modules: bandgap reference voltage source, PWM comparator circuit, error amplifier circuit, oscillating circuit. Output voltage of the bandgap reference circuit is 1.233 V. Within the scope of the-30°-130°, temperature drift coefficient is 28 21.28 ppm/°C; Error amplifier circuit adopts the transconductance operational amplifier structure, gain is 72.9 dB, phase margin is 60 °; PWM comparator circuit adopts three-level structure, this structure ensures the inverter working in high gain area, it can produce a good PWM signal; Oscillation circuit consists of constant current source circuit, its work frequency is 2MHz.The simulation results show that: the working frequency of switch power supply is 2MHz, the output voltage is 3.3V, and ripple is 10 mV, it is less than 1%. Load range in 1k?~10k?.Power conversion efficiency is about 93.1%.Power consumption is 39.6mW. Layout area is 92429.703?m2.
