With the rapid development and widely used of Internet technology, Video-on-demand has become one of the mainstream Internet application. There are two main types of traditional streaming media distribution strategy: based on and P2P(Peer-to-Peer) and based on CDN(Content Delivery Network).Based on the P2 P streaming media distribution technology which share streaming media and bandwidth resources in cache, can effectively alleviate the pressure of the streaming media server, improve the scalability of streaming media distribution system, reduce the deployment cost of the servers, has been a kind of wide application prospect of video distribution method. The biggest challenges facing the current CDN is the poor scalability of the system, the high cost of deployment and maintenance. But based on P2 P streaming media distribution there are also many important problems to be solved, including how to send the optimal selection, etc., these challenges also exist in the use of P2 P technology in video distribution system. The recent emergence of the integration of P2 P and CDN technical advantages of mixed distribution model(P2P-CDN), integrating the advantages of P2 P and CDN advantages, has become a current hot-spot research.Aiming at the problem of server load imbalance in the existing P2P-CDN streaming media distribution system, the paper study a new dynamic load balancing based on simulated annealing weights allocation algorithm, the algorithm use load balancer to collect the load of each server, adopt the simulated annealing algorithm to figure up the weight distribution dynamic, to achieve a global distribution system server load balance and improve the utilization rate of the server.Aiming at the problem of backbone traffic in the existing P2P-CDN streaming media distribution system, the paper apply a Node-Link Based Cache Deployment Algorithm for P2 P Traffic in P2P-CDN streaming media distribution system. Its purpose is to use the P2 P caching technology to store streaming media content which will be the hot spot in the cache device, and the optimal deploy the cache in the backbone nodes and backbone link, it will service the subsequent streaming media request to reduce the backbone of P2 P traffic, the communication load of backbone network, optimize network performance.Finally, this paper shows that simulated annealing weights allocation of dynamic load balancing algorithm and backbone P2 P cache deployment method based on a Node-Link Based(NLCD) applying in the of P2P-CDN streaming media distribution system.
