Currently, enterprise management is developing along the direction of informatization anddigitization. From financial system, CMS and CRM to HRM and outworker management system, theyare all provided by computer and Internet services. By using cloud computing, enterprises don’t needto maintain infrastructure and platform of running enterprise management software. And even, theydon’t need to install and maintain the management software themselves. Enterprises can usemanagement software on demand to cut down cost of use. Mobile device LBS outworker managementsystem provides location based service to make enterprise management more efficient. This systemprovides services to users by using SaaS model of cloud computing. It can response visits by manyusers and support visiting from many different areas and network. Therefore, this thesis brings loadbalancing model and file sync algorithm to implement this system and research these two techniques.Main researches of thesis are as follows:(1) Gives the requirement analysis of mobile device LBS outworker management system anddescribes the architecture of the system. The architecture consists of load balancing system, businesssystem and data storage system. Business system can be split into view/interface layer, business layerand data persistence layer. This architecture makes the system to meet requirements in analysis.(2) Proposes a dynamic load balancing model based on simulated annealing algorithm. Thisthesis analyses advantages and disadvantages of current load balancing algorithms. Combinessimulated annealing algorithm and dynamic load balancing algorithm to implement a better model.Performance of the model is proved by experiments.(3) Proposes HarSync file sync algorithm based on HDFS. This thesis analyses HDFS, Rsyncand checksum algorithms to improve standard Rsync algorithm. HarSync is based on incrementalsync theory and reduces writing operations in HDFS. Performance of HarSync is proved byexperiments.(4) Completes the design of mobile device LBS outworker management system and implementsmain features. This thesis describes the implementation details about the dynamic load balancingmodel based on simulated annealing algorithm and the HarSync file sync algorithm based on HDFS.At last, some important interfaces of the system are also given.
