Research On Agricultural Product Consumption Early Warning Based On Association Rules Mining

In recent years, natural disasters and agricultural production has brought a tremendous negative impact, and directly transmitted to the consumption of agricultural products. The hidden dangers of the consumption of agricultural products, directly related to people's livelihood, affect the social and economic development in China. Consumer warning of agricultural products has become an urgent research topic.This project is to study the food consumption in early warning, independent research and make development of the agricultural consumer warning data acquisition equipment. Data mining theory is applied to the agricultural products which the consumer warning, set up and improve early warning model of food consumption in the key algorithm, and to build on this basis from the food consumption warning data management platform, as well as food consumption in early warning platform, the main work of this paper include:1. This project examines the food consumption warning mechanism, the design process of food consumption in an early warning mechanism through the problems and factors in the analysis of food consumption warning. This process includes consideration of factors in the past, early warning mechanisms and agricultural products specific to early warning mechanism and design.2. In the project we independent make research and development of food consumption in early warning data acquisition equipment to achieve the right temperature and humidity affect the number of agricultural products, wind speed, sunshine intensity, rainfall and other data collection, and successfully applied in Shandong, Jilin, Jiangsu, Hunan agricultural data collection. Acquisition equipment in the design process, and may have an impact on the accuracy of data acquisition factors corresponding analysis.3. For the early warning of food consumption in the historical data is an extremely complex problem, the project of historical data related to preprocessing, in the pretreatment process, the particularity of food consumption in early-warning data, the application of the two main pre-approach, set up agricultural products consumer warning data management platform, and numerous historical data on the appropriate management.4. The project association rules in data mining algorithm is applied to agricultural products in the consumer warning, and a corresponding improvement in efficiency and accuracy issues for the association rules algorithm in agricultural products in the consumer warning, the association rules algorithm. Experiments show that compared with the original association rules algorithm, improved association rules algorithm and then the efficiency and accuracy has been significantly improved. 5. On the basis of improvement of the association rules in food consumption warning, we make the structures of agricultural consumer warning platform, in the early warning platform, the corresponding query historical data on food consumption warning, and food consumption in the historical data predictions. Predicting the results of analysis and judgment, the predicted results to the intended purpose of this project.6. In the process of the above work, the project also study and make research on the early warning, early warning mechanisms, early warning methods, data mining and association rules.
