Research On The Construction Of Lifelong Learning Digital Platform Under The Concept Of “learning Circle”

The Lifelong Learning Digital Platform,as an important carrier for establishing the learning society and realizing lifelong learning,has been built and used in most of cities and regions in our country.The Lifelong Learning Digital Platform as a learning platform,its construction process is not once and for all.How to make Lifelong Learning Digital Platform meet the needs of learning and play a role in the modern study way transformation,are the urgent problems to be solved.Therefore,we need to comprehensively investigate the present situation of constructing the Lifelong Learning Digital Platform,find out the existing problems and put forward the targeted strategies for solving the problems.This is of great significance for promoting a Learning Society that everyone can learn at anytime and anywhere.Based on the Humanistic Learning Theory and Constructivism Learning Theory,this study elaborates the theoretical foundation of Lifelong Learning Digital Platform construction.Taking Shanghai Songjiang lifelong learning digital platform-“ Songjiang Lifelong Learning Network ” as a case to have comprehensively investigated the current situation of the construction of the learning platform,the demand of learners on the learning platform and the learners' learning effects on the platform by way of questionnaire method and interviewing method.Through the analysis of survey data and interview results,it is found that learners have a great passion for lifelong learning and have desirous learning needs.Learners have the foundation of digital learning.However,after further analysis,it is found that there are some problems such as low awareness of the learning platform,insufficient resources,unsound functions and lack of relevant mechanisms in the process of its construction.In order to solve the practical problems in the construction of the Lifelong Learning Digital Platform,this study puts forward solutions under the concept of“Study Circle”.Such as to strengthen the environment construction,resource construction,function construction and mechanism construction of the learning platform.The countermeasures are taken into consideration of the learner's learning needs,and also taken into consideration of the learner's initiative,autonomy,variability and experience in the Lifelong Learning Digital Platform.
