The quality of student teaching guidance is an important factor affecting the quality of student teaching.At present,the problem of guidance demand,time and strength for intern student have an influence on the improvement of the quality of student teaching in some extent.As a kind of written guidance,the handbook of preschool education internship and the guidance of kindergarten internship teachers should be mutually reinforcing.It not only broadens the way of student teaching guidance for interns,but also guarantees the quality of internship.Meanwhile,It also provides new means for the intern's professional growth and lays the foundation for the professional development of the intern in the future.Based on the sight of preschool teacher professional standards and the student teaching handbook between China and the United States,the author fully analyze and compare the content of two handbooks.Then the author know about the use condition of China student teaching handbook by interviewing the intern students.The outcome is expected to provide reference and inspiration for the improvement and reforming of the preschool education student teaching handbook in our country.This thesis is composed of seven parts:The first part is an introduction.It mainly focuses on the reasons of topic selection,research significance,concept definition and literature review.The second part is research design,including the research objective,content and key issue that needs to be solved,research method and idea.The third part is the perspective and analysis of the professional standards of preschool teachers in China and the United States.Based on the interpretation of the content framework of preschool teachers' professional standards in China and the United States,the fitting elements of professional standards are established and used as the main dimensions of comparative study.The fourth part is interpretation of the individual case texts of the student teaching handbook on Sino-American preschool education based on the professional standards.From the three aspects of framework structure,concrete content and presentation mode,this part interprets the two handbook of preschool student teaching in China and the United States.The fifth part is comparative comparison and analysis of the handbook for SinoAmerican preschool education Internship under the Professional Standards.It includestwo aspects: value orientation and specific content for analysis.The sixth part is the enlightenment.The research inspire the perfection of China handbook from the two aspects of handbook compilation and handbook usage.The last part is the conclusion.Mainly related to the research summary and lack of research.
