Research On The Training Of Counselors In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of specialization of social division,the social demand for talents enhances unceasingly.To keep up with the demand of society,a lot of qualified technical secondary schools have upgraded to higher vocational colleges.Then the exploration of higher vocational college counselor training mechanism in our country started late.There is no scientific and completed theory system of higher vocational college counselor training yet.Most of the counselors are newly graduates without working experience.They did not learn scientific and systematic related professional courses,which leads to a phenomenon that the overall professional quality of counselors is low.It affects the counselor job development and restricts the counselor's own development.Higher vocational colleges need training to improve the quality level of the whole professional counselor team.In recent years,the national education department attaches great importance to the training work of the counselor.The counselor training work are also gradually identified by colleges and universities,and being exploited actively.However,the guarantee system of the training is still imperfect,such as school training time is difficult to ensure,big deviation between training content and the actual work,the lack of institutional guarantee for training and establishment of scientific training evaluation mechanism.Under the existing condition,in order to fundamentally improve the work ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges,to promote the counselor personal growth and development,scientific must set about building complete and efficient counselor training system research.This article selects QJ medical college counselor training from many higher vocational colleges as the esearch robject,to analyze and explore the school counselor training work,in order to make suggestion for the high effective training work of counselors in higher vocational colleges.The first part of this work is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,and clearly strengthens the urgency and necessity of counselor training work of higher vocational education.It will also give clear understanding of the research contents and methods based on large amount of literature review.The second part is the main contents,including five chapters.Chapter 1 is to define of the basic concepts and explain related theories.Chapter 2 collects information and data of counselor training through questionnaire and interview,to analyze the current situation of QJ school counselor training system.Chapter 3 analyzes the problems existing in QJ school counselor training system and make conclusion of those facts.Chapter 4 is the key section which deeply elaborates the reasons for the formation of QJ school counselor training system from system level,school level and individual level.In the last chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the counselor training system in the vocational colleges on the basis of other academic research results.
