At any stage, the ultimate goal of education is to serve the society. Therefore, teaching at the stage of basic education in secondary schools must conform to requirements of the times, and constantly penetrate spirit of the times, adapt to the responsibilities entrusted to us by the times and requirements for the students to lay the necessary knowledge for sustainable development, more importantly is the ability to base. At present, modern educational theories and methods based on the system theory point of view, with information technology as the core of modern educational technology use, has become China's 21st century-oriented reform of basic education and teaching a new point of view, information technology and classroom teaching of interdisciplinary research has thus become the focus of teaching and research. This article determines the "Information Technology and high organic part of the integrated strategy as the topic in this context. This topic belongs to the applied research. The main research methods are: literature research method, questionnaire, interview, experiment case law. This classification of knowledge is going to break the traditional model of organic chemistry.Organic chemistry of knowledge based on cognitive psychology will be divided into declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge. According to various types of knowledge and their own characteristics and high school students of cognitive psychology on the basis of the analysis of instructional design.Compared to the traditional teaching mode, information technology has many advantages, which can successfully achieve the concept of teaching the new curriculum design.Based on the above analysis, we believe that the integration of information technology and organic chemistry teaching has five modes: scenario display mode, self-exploration model, research-based learning mode, remote assistance mode, Exercise training model. The integration of information technology and organic chemistry has nine integrated strategy: the creation of scenarios, multi-sensory participation, providing background, situational motivation, multi-angle presentation, thinking, training, knowledge-point cut into the all-round expansion of the use of resources, self-exploration, the virtual process , scientific exploration, network communication, cooperation, exploration, exercises to strengthen, self-evaluation, tracking, training, make the best use.The functions and use of the Information Technology and Organic Chemistry's integration strategy includes: information technology and integrated strategy of organic chemistry knowledge and skills, processes and methods, emotional attitudes and values in all three areas of teaching has significant effect, which will help the students achieve fully success and develop their abilities. In the implementation, it is suitable for all high school students.
