Education technology ability is the necessary professional quality of modern teachers,information civilization in the rapid development of today,a variety of advanced media technology tools are used in the field of education,greatly promote the development of education.Therefore,the education of teachers to carry out technical training is an indispensable part of the process of teacher career growth.Blended training as a different from the traditional training of new training model,the online learning and centralized face-to-face courses combined,a great degree of integration of a variety of high-quality resources,so that the depth of integration of theory and practice.The use of blended training in teacher education technology capacity training can start from the actual needs of teachers,ease the time and space conflict between work and training,and this training model itself can be in the ideological level of teachers' educational technology ability to play a certain role in promoting.Blended training also raised a higher demand for teachers.supervise teachers to continue to learn.continuous progress.In this paper,the primary school teachers education technology capacity blended training status quo,divided into three parts.six chapters were studied.The first part consists of the first chapter and the second chapter.This paper introduces the current research situation of domestic and foreign teacher education technology ability training and the current situation of blended training research both at home and abroad.And defines the related concepts of primary school teachers,educational technology ability,teacher training,blended training and blended learning.At the same time,it introduces the theory of teacher professional development,constructivism learning theory,blended learning theory and effective learning theory theoretical basis.The second part consists of the third chapter and the fourth chapter.Taking the primary school teachers in Yanta District of Xi'an as the research sample,this paper investigates the blended training of primary school teachers' educational technology ability in Yanta District,and interviews with some teachers and experts.There are six problems in the blended training of primary school teachers' educational technology ability:the training staff and the teachers involved in the lack of understanding of the blended training;the network learning resources are updated slowly and the quality needs to be improved;the unified learning makes the training effect Greatly reduced the combination of face-to-face and online learning a low degree of integration,blended training in the form of the lack of a unified evaluation criteria;training after the tracking service is not in place.The third part consists of chapters 5 and 6.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward the countermeasures from the educational administrative level,the school level and the teacher level respectively.The educational administrative department should analyze the needs of teachers' educational technology ability training before training,integrate and rationally design learning resources,improve the speed of updating,train and train teachers,establish and improve the comprehensive evaluation system,improve the training service after training;the school should increase the propaganda of the blended training of teachers 'educational technology ability,study the demand of teachers' educational technology ability training,and teachers should improve the degree of ideological attention and cooperate with them better.Blended training in line with the requirements of the development of the times,in the primary school teacher education technology capacity training in the use of mixed training model can optimize the allocation of resources to improve training efficiency.Therefore,the present research on the mixed training of primary school teachers'educational technology ability has a guiding role in promoting the training form in the future.
