Learning anxiety is the main problem of psychological help for middle school students,which is often caused by lack of time management skills or poor learning strategies.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship betwee n learning anxiety and academic performance from the perspective of time management and learning strategies.However,previous researches usually focused on the relationship between learning anxiety,time management,learning strategies and academic achievement,and the conclusions about the relationship between learning anxiety and academic achievement of senior high school students are often inconsistent.In addition,learning strategies are more concerned with the specific learning methods of a particula r subject,and do not pay attention to the general learning strategies.This study selected 740 effective samples from the 7th grade to third senior high school,and adopted the scales of Academic Anxiety Measurement in the MHT adapted by Bucheng Zhou and others,Junior And Senior Time Management Self-Measurement by Feng Zhang,Standard Learning Strategy scale by Weinstein.After twice measurements,this study analyzes and discusses the relationship between learning anxiety and academic performance,as well as time management and learning strategies'effect in the two,and finally get the following conclusion:?1?The middle school students'time management and learning strategies are the antecedents of academic achievement,and there are differences in the predictive effects of the dimensions of time management and learning strategies on the Arts and Sciences.?2?Middle school student time management is not the adjustment variable of learning anxiety and academic achievement.?3?The learning strategies of middle school students have a significant adjusting effect between learning anxiety and academic performance.In summary,learning anxiety can significantly affect academic achievement,and learning strategy is a adjustment variable between learning anxiety and academic performance.
