| In 2001,the State promulgated the Outline of《Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)》,which proposed to actively encourage the grass-roots schools to carry out school-based curriculum development according to the actual and local characteristics of the school.It is influenced by the curriculum reform of compulsory primary and secondary schools and the needs of the curriculum of Mental retardation school.All the schools in this area have carried out a series of practical exploration on the school-based curriculum development of Mental retardation school.However,due to the imbalance of the development of schools in various regions,the development of school-based curriculum in the developed areas of the eastern region and the rapid economic development in the eastern developed areas accounted for 91.18%of the total research.In the central and western regions,the development of education and education is relatively slow and the development is relatively slow.Many schools have adopted the training courses in Hong Kong and Taiwan and coastal areas during the development of the Mental retardation school curriculum.There is a lack of awareness of the basic theory of the curriculum,the school’s educational resources and student characteristics of the study.In 2007,the Ministry of Education awarded three special schools experimental programs by expanding the school-based curriculum development space by increasing the proportion of classes during the course.Shaanxi Province Mental retardation school in the national policy and the needs of the school curriculum,driven by the school-based curriculum development of practical exploration.After several years of exploration,what kind of stage is present in the development of school-based curriculum development in our province,and how to develop the school-based curriculum which is suitable for the actual situation of the school and meet the development of students is an urgent problem.Based on the Mental retardation school in Shaanxi province,this paper makes a thorough study on the current situation of school-based curriculum development of five Mental retardation school by means of literature,interview and observation.Three of the five schools have conducted different levels of school-based curriculum development and exploration.While the two schools are aware of the need to develop school-based pedagogy for pedagogy education,but due to some practical difficulties,there is no practical exploration of school-based curriculum development.The practical exploration of the school-based curriculum development in Shaanxi Province is mainly focused on the curriculum of life language,life mathematics and life adaptation.Teachers have different understanding of the connotation of school-based curriculum,but it is generally believed that the development of school-based curriculum is more conducive to the development of students necessary.Ordinary teachers to participate in school-based curriculum training opportunities are less,for the training effect mixed.In the process of school-based curriculum development,A school as the leader of Shaanxi Mental retardation education,mainly through the preparatory planning,specific development,trial and correction of three stages.In the curriculum content selection mainly based on the teacher’s teaching experience and the need to grasp the needs of students to select the course content,in the curriculum evaluation by the curriculum development team and the use of the curriculum teachers to evaluate the course.This study found that the factors influencing the development of school-based curriculum in Shaanxi province were mainly related to personnel,funds,resources and national policy.The development of school-based curriculum in Shaanxi province has the following problems:teachers ’understanding of school-based curriculum is not in place,teachers lack of initiative and enthusiasm for school-based curriculum development,irrational school teachers’ educational structure.The curriculum content is not enough convergence,curriculum evaluation is in the form of school-based curriculum implementation process lack of supervision and management;lack of parental participation,lack of expert guidance,lack of funds.Based on the above problems in the development of school-based curriculum in Shaanxi province,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:accelerating the construction of teachers;strengthening the school-based curriculum construction;establishing the policy guarantee mechanism;establishing effective school-based curriculum development support system. |
