Perceived academic self-efficacy is the embodiment of self-efficacy theory in the field of education and subjective judgment of learning behavior controlled by oneself.It is of great significance that we will enhance senior students' self-efficacy in chemistry learning,improving the interests and motives of chemistry and cultivating their core literacy.Based on the theory of self-efficacy and existing reserach at home and abroad,this paper will put forward 6 training strategies of learning self-efficacy related to chemistry as follows:1.Making resonable objective of learning chemistry according to the different students.2.Stimulating the students' motivation to learn chemistry through the incentive evaluation.3.Playing an important role in chemistry teaching.4.Guiding the students to study the positive effects of chemistry learning.5.Creating a active and relaxing envirorment of chemistry learning with the help of class counseling.6.Leading the students' to chemistry learning of transfer of self-efficacy.Under the guidance of the strategies above,this paper will carry out a practical research for about two months aiming at students from class three and four,No.66 senior high school in Qingdao so as to improve the students' self-efficacy in chemistry learing.And the research will take class three as experimental class,class four controll class;take the students' training strategies of self-efficacy in chemistry as independent variable,the change of chemistry performance and self-efficacy before and after culturing dependent variable respectively.Specific training methods include chemical classroom instruction,class group counseling,class meetings,interviews and other forms.Therefore the paper will illustrate the specific methods of operation combining with real cases and records.The paper will comprehensively analyze the variation of chemistry performance and self-efficacy before and after study in detail.It is widely acknowladged that training strategies above can effectively improve the students' self-efficacy in chemistry learning and performance.
