This study use ShuYang senior middle school and JianLing middle school students as the research object and use test anxiety scale and high school students English learning ability questionnaire on the survey of 249 high school students.Through the data statistics,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and other methods,it discusses high school test anxiety and the current situation of high school students English learning ability and relevance,and put forward the corresponding education countermeasures.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,It is most conducive moderate anxiety level to give full play to the student's ability of learning.Secondly,overall,If the capability of English learning of students is high,the examination anxiety level is in the medium.And students of weak English learning ability present the two extremes of exam anxiety level,or is characterized by mild anxiety or characterized by severe anxiety in the exam.Thirdly,in particular,high school students on English learning ability such as learning objective is negative correlation with test anxiety and learning objectives include short-term and long-term goals.severe anxiety on the learning objective assurance is difficult,and severe anxiety of the students in other aspects of performance is not ideal.Finally,students of secondary anxiety level in senior high school students perform the most ideal in earning motives,English learning ability,learning strategy use,using extracurricular resources and learning self-monitoring while mild anxiety times and severe anxiety in the five aspects of performance are not very ideal.
