As a fundamental and beginning education status in the entire education system,the particularity and importance of pre-school education in children's healthy growth is unparalleled.Preschool teachers as the backbone of the development of early childhood education, under the background of "two children" policy has been full liberalisation in our country, teacher's great demand has increased dramatically,the structure and quantity and quality of far-reaching influences preschool education development scale and speed. For the moment, preschool teachers training is effective way to alleviate social demand for outstanding teachers greatly and inadequate education in a short period of time. The central government of China and each local government in the development make early childhood education efforts and the importance of early childhood teachers training are closely related to education funds. Therefore, having teachers training funds research of the preschool teachers training from the relation of the government, kindergarten has more profound realistic meaning and reference value.This paper is divided into five parts. It combs the central to local governments at all levels to preschool teachers training and the training budget policy , and analyzes the government investment level of preschool teachers' training funds under the influence of the policy.Based on the questionnaire survey and talk with teachers,study the actual survey data to measure the total amount ,explores the public preschool teachers' training funds real problems and makes the attribution analysis and suggestions. In the context of the central government's increasing investment in the development of early childhood education and the strengthening of early childhood teacher training, county how to raise more money, manage better and use funds effectively enhance the quantity and quality of early childhood teachers? This paper argues that:Firstly, the government is the development of pre-school education major financial responsibility body, continuing to strengthen the county government's own financial commitment awareness, increasing training special funds, expanding social platforms and channels to raise additional funds to implement the responsibility of preschool teachers training funds is also within the scope of responsibility.Secondly, making up for public kindergarten students per capita public funds, according to urban and rural development needs of different kindergartens take a fixed proportion of funds,strengthening the use and management of higher-level transfer payments for child care training,earmarking.Thirdly, strengthening the training of public kindergarten supervision, building innovative,active regular training dynamic system,encouraging kindergartens to actively seek their own social funds to promote their own development.Last but not least, creating a harmonious and efficient training environment ,and enhancing the quality and level of training,and encouraging teachers consciously reasonable take an active part in training, taking maximum utility teacher training funds, arousing teachers undertake the subject consciousness of training funds.In a word, preschool teachers team building is not easy, teachers training funds not only to teachers themselves to actively participate in training, but also actively play the government,kindergarten, preschool teachers in three areas, so that the formation of cohesion, so that preschool teachers training funding sources, with the price.
