Recently,a series of crisis events occurred in kindergartens,\hich exposed problems existed in crisis control of the kindergartens and attracted wide concern of related scholars and researchers.What is the current status of the crisis control in kindergartens and what kind of problems are they facing?With the reference to the literature on the crisis control,the author conducted questionnaires and surveys in teachers and kindergarten leaders.Analysis on the cases were made and the problems were summarized and thus efficient strategies were proposed to optimize the crisis control in kindergartens.100 questionnaires were handed out and 90 got feedback,including 88 valid.To get to know the current status of the crisis control,the teachers' understanding and awareness of the crisis as well as the specific management of the kindergartens were surveyed through this questionnaire.Besides,to make up the flaws of the questionnaire and get a comprehensive understanding,the face to face interviews were conducted and case study were made.The statistic analysis exposed the following problems:1.Crisis awareness:The leaders as well as the teachers couldn't fully understand the crisis and had a limited awareness of the crisis.2.Crisis precaution:the rules were just written words and the anti-crisis drills were formalism.The training were not informative and the educations weren't fully carried out.3.Crisis control:the awareness of the crisis was lacked and thus there was no effective organization to deal with it.The crisis were negatively dealt with and there wasn't a thorough system for recovery after that.To solve these problems,six principles were proposed in this paper,including:be aware of the crisis,make effective precaution of the crisis,face and deal with the crisis positively,shoulder the responsibility bravely,be honest and frank,and make recovery voluntarily.Based on these principles,the following suggestions were given in this paper:1.On the crisis awareness:The research should be furthered and the leaders and the teachers should study initially.There should be various of training and systematic education on crisis and thus the awareness of the leaders,as well as the teachers and children,could be strengthened.2.On the crisis precaution:there should be checking and evaluations of the crisis everyday,and an easy-carried-out system and measurement should be made to prevent crisis.Routine drills should be carried out to practice the precautions.3.On the crisis management:A team should be organized which involves all the staff and the leaders ability to manage the crisis should be enhanced.The best time should be seized when the crisis occurs and introspection should be made after that.Thus,the ability to manage the crisis of the kindergartens could be improved.
