Today's physical education curriculum reform a hallmark of the highlights of the optional sports teaching middle school stages.Baoji high school teaching experience summed up the past,from 2013 began to implement optional sports teaching,designed the "1 + 2" sports development programs for our students free teaching mode and begin implementation.Baoji secondary schools teaching on the basis of options,combined with the actual situation of the development of the school applied to the school's "1 + 2"project classification teaching,this teaching measures to substantially improve the PE teaching "1 + 2" project category Teaching class ratio.This paper aims to help school summary "1 + 2" project experience and lessons of classified teaching model in further reference to promote the improvement of the quality of Baoji high school physical education.After and related theories optional teaching is research based and research based on survey analysis Baoji high school basketball program "1 + 2" status of implementation of the project of classified teaching model,as well as students in the use of the "1 + 2" project of classified teaching model method in basketball and improve classroom harvest.In this paper,interview,questionnaire,survey instruments and questionnaires observation,mainly used observation method,in the second half of 2015 by a period of one semester periodic follow-up survey of Baoji high school basketball class "1 + 2"project classification investigation and analysis of the primary curriculum implementation basketball teaching pattern of conduct.Through questionnaires,interviews teachers and students to collect comments on the "1 + 2" project of classified teaching model,views the final completion of Baoji high school sports,"1 + 2" project classified teaching model in surveys and studies.After analyzing the effectiveness of school teaching model evaluation,the following conclusions:(1)the school's "1 + 2" project of classified teaching model program to promote PE teachers and teacher expertise play growth.(2)can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn the sport,let students choose their favorite items and concentrate on studying helps students play sports expertise increase,Basketball-sport skills,thereby forming a lifelong exercise habits,improve student physical fitness.(3)in favor of the rational use and integration of school sports teaching resources.I found the following problems:(1)physical education curriculum teacher load is too large,not enough special education teachers reserve.After carry out the "1 + 2" project activities classified teaching model,teachers and school PE teachers'workload doubled compared to normal,the pilot-grade PE teachers long run beyond the physical workload unbearable.(2)teaching physical education and health curriculum missing.(3)teachers in the curriculum project classification guide students lack.Uneven distribution of the number of students in class,resulting in the number of projects classified classes is extremely uneven.(4)class and do not coincide with the scheduled timetable.The school in the implementation of the "1 + 2" project classification process of teaching and school sports groups lack of communication,there is no timely and reasonable arrangements for the school curriculum,so difficult to control the number of classes and class size,curriculum organizational difficulties,teaching effect discounts.(5)Competitive system still dominated the majority of courses.The school early implementation of the "1 + 2" project classification teaching,projects not perfect,can not be teaching some new sports,the student's choice is also not comprehensive enough.And made the following recommendations to address these issues:(1)the school should improve school teachers,PE teachers can make a more positive,healthy,pluralistic attitude to join in education.(2)the school should address"1 + 2" classification teaching project selection and purchase of teaching physical education and health education materials as soon as possible for students.(3)school PE teachers in students entering sophomore students pay more to deal with the boot,split the number of students per project.(4)sports group and school-related departments should do more to communicate,in a timely manner to students and school curriculum time for a reasonable arrangement.(5)Sports curriculum development should be more diversified,adding some new sports,meet students' preferences,so that students can learn hobbies while physical exercise,and develop a good habit of lifelong sports.
