In physical education, phenomenon that learning which has been completed can impact on another learning which is ongoing or has been completed is especially obvious among students who changed item in tennis professional elective team. Analysis about movement structure, tactic characteristics, physical characteristics and training methods of previous item for teaching according to aptitude, and scientifically arranging teaching schedule, organizing teaching means, strengthening positive transfer of motor skills according to students’ particularities who changed item can help to achieve the goal of tennis teaching in new situations and circumstances that teaching hours should be reduced and teaching quality should be improved. This study used research methods such as literature method, interview method, observation method, questionnaire survey method, and so on, systematically investigated tennis teachers and Grade 13 tennis professional elective students of Sport Department of Shandong Institute of Physical Education about the current situation of tennis professional elective course teaching in Shandong Institute of Physical Education and objectively analyzed existent problems to find a way to improve the construction of tennis course teaching in Shandong Institute of Physical Education. Specific conclusions are as follows.Firstly,Through comparing and analyzing different XiangQun project with tennis discover to there is a certain project or more or less migration phenomenon. Which skills leading brand affinity adversarial program migration phenomenon is more apparent.Secondly,teachers can make teaching plans and utilize teaching means according to the regularity that lots of skills with a performance of influence of positive transfer at the beginning will make negative transfer phenomenon appear as learning going deeper.Thirdly, help students obtain and utilize new motor skills step by step quickly and efficiently with knowledge of conditions of previous item of students who changed item and teaching methods that teaching according to aptitude according to individual differences among students in actual level of cognition and the cognitive law that from superficial to radical and from easy to difficult.Fourthly, lay stress on basic knowledge and basic physical quality trainings, plant students’ consciousness of utilizing the transfer law, improve students’ ability of generalization with comparison method, and reduce the impact of negative transfer of motor skills.
