Rural elementary school fine arts education has many problems.Such as fine arts education system is imperfect,the lack of teachers and teachers is weak,the lag of education idea and teaching method,the lack of the cognition of the art education from all walks of life,and so on.Among them,the existing problems in the teaching resource utilization is affect art teaching activities smoothly and the teaching effect and quality of the important reasons.What reason,lies in the rich local resources unable to fully development and utilization.On the basis of development,how to make full and effective use of local resources,how to develop distinctive art teaching activities,attention is art education is also a lot of teachers to explore topics in teaching practice,based on the author's Shandong gold yimeng primary school in terms of the rural primary school,through the author's research found that there are the rural primary school in art education,teaching,especially the existing in the fine arts curriculum resources development and utilization of all kinds of problems,from the perspective of what or which on the one hand,promotion of the fine arts teaching quality,is I have been thinking of problem.Yimeng area with abundant local resources,according to local actual situation,combining with the characteristics of rural schools,teachers and students,etc,the rich local resources to the elementary school fine arts classroom teaching,can effectively improve the utilization rate of materials and promote the diversity development of teaching resources,give full play to the role of the teaching material,but also from the life and actual needs of the students,can effectively stimulate students' learning interest and initiative,to some extent,change the local elementary school fine arts teaching present situation is relatively backward,but also promotes the development of local cultural resources.The current river bank Mongolia native resources in elementary school fine arts teaching in the use of prominent problem is that not from the perspective of effective utilization of resources,in combination with the practical situation of local resources and the actual situation of the teachers and students to supplement to teaching material content,lack of effective utilization methods,thus finally contain the diversity development of teaching resources and teaching of fine arts.The author mainly based on the specific situation of the local rural resources,combined with the actual situation of rural primary schools,how to get local resource in fine arts teaching material and make effective use of the inquiry.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction part,the research of this paper the background and significance,the related research both at home and abroad,and the article use the research methods of interpretation.The first chapter is about Linyi yimeng gold elementary school fine arts teaching resources application research.First of all to define the concept of local resources,according to local resources such as natural resources,social and cultural resources in combed and analyzed.Then in view of the yimeng gold elementary school fine arts teaching resources development situation and the "local resources" application in the fine arts classroom teaching research and the research results were analyzed.The second chapter is the main content of this article is about river bank Mongolia native resources in linyi,the application of the elementary school fine arts classroom study of gold.River bank Mongolia is firstly analyzed the principle of local resources in the elementary school fine arts classroom application,secondly explores the application of the river bank Mongolia local resources in the elementary school fine arts classroom methods,mainly from the use of local resources,improving the utilization ratio of fine arts teaching material,develop local resources characteristic curriculum,to set up the local resource database,model of teaching evaluation four aspects has carried on the exploration.The third chapter,in the form of case,gold yimeng primary school,for example,presents a river bank Mongolia the use of local resources in the elementary school fine arts classroom practice,from "appreciation,review","model,behavior","integrated,exploring","design,application and evaluation model are analyzed.The fourth chapter for reflection and problems in teaching and research.The author thinks that,to the introduction of the local resource elementary school fine arts curriculum effectively stimulated the enthusiasm of the students to learn art,to enhance the students' learning confidence,changed the traditional learning methods,improve the students' comprehensive ability,but there are some problems need to be further explored.
