Today,the continuous progress of society leads to the rapid development of information technology,people’s production,work and learning methods have been a huge change because of the arrival of the information age.Information technology has been widely used in education,economy,medical and other social life areas,It can be seen that one of the important criteria for assessing the scientific and cultural level of a person in the future will be the ability to acquire,process and use information resources.The application of information technology in the teaching of Chinese language,to promote the humanities of language and information technology complement each other."Chinese new curriculum standards" pointed out:"literacy and writing are the basis of reading and writing,but also throughout the compulsory education stage of the important teaching content.Information and intelligence are the most shining features of information technology.It is this open and shared network environment that makes the students’ Chinese learning space more extensive and free.The most urgent fresh vitality for the primary school literacy teaching is just what the information technology can provide,and this fresh vitality also supports the teachers from the high quality of teaching and improve students’ learning efficiency.So,if the educator can use the meticulous mind to combine the information technology and primary school Chinese teaching cleverly,then improvement of the students literacy skills and primary school Chinese teaching clever combination,and improvement of the efficiency of literacy will no longer be a problem.The advantages of modern information technology can not effectively reflect the;Ignore the student’s personality difference,the student participates in a narrow range;the use of modern information technology,such as the traditional teaching method was abandoned.In this regard,this research thinks that strengthening teachers’ information literacy training,targeted use of information technology,pay attention to the differences between students as well as information technology and traditional teaching method with the use of other strategies to promote the primary school of information technology and the effective integration of primary school Chinese literacy.This paper defines and expounds the literacy and information technology through the literature method,summarizes the theory and strategy foundation of the application of information technology in primary school literacy teaching,and expounds the advantages and existing problems of the application of information technology in the case of literacy teaching.Then,the application status of in information technology in literacy teaching of rural primary school in Z City was investigated by classroom observation,questionnaire and interview.And the results of the survey were analyzed,according to the survey results,there were some problems in the teaching of literacy under the information technology of primary school.The basic theory of literacy teaching,evaluation methods was weak and the theoretical basis of modern educational technology were weak;Literacy teaching method is boring and single,it is difficult to stimulate students’ interest;The advantages of modern information technology cannot be effectively reflected;Ignoring students’personality differences,students participate hardly;The traditional teaching methods were abandoned when the modern information technology are used and other issues.In this regard,this study believes that the strengthening of teacher information literacy training,targeted use of information technology,attention to the differences between students and the use of information technology and traditional teaching methods and other strategies can promote the primary school information technology teaching methods used in conjunction with other strategies,and can promote the primary school information technology and primary school Chinese literacy effective integration.
