The course is a compulsory course in the teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities.However,due to the diversity of its athletic skills,the limitation of complexity and the arrangement of class time,how to complete the teaching plan with high quality and high efficiency is put forward in front of college physical education teachers problem.Teachers to complete the teaching plan,often need students in the same teaching class to practice a variety of different skills,how to design and arrange the training course of the organization practice,so that learners in a limited time to achieve the best learning results,Become a lot of college teachers pay close attention to the subject.In the 1970 s,the“background interference effect” theory was put forward for the practice of action skills in the 1970 s.It was found that it was helpful to change the practice organization by adding different background disturbances during the training of action skills.The acquisition and maintenance.At present,the domestic research on the background interference effect is mainly focused on the same action program perspective,the lack of systematic research on the different action procedures.This study aims to explore the existence of background interference effect in the course of basketball teaching in different action programs by conducting experimental research on basketball teaching with different action procedures.It aims to provide theoretical basis for college basketball teaching Revelation.In this study,45 students who were not trained in basketball were randomly selected from the students of Jinan University in the course of teaching and learning,expert interview,literature,mathematical statistics and other methods.Fixed practice group divided into low background interference,progressive practice group with medium background interference and random practice group with high background disturbance,15 in each group.Three groups of basic physical indicators and physical fitness of the homogeneity test to ensure that the group homogeneity.To the difficulty of the local one hand on the shoulder,moderate difficulty of the trip between the master throwing and difficult dribble jumper three different action procedures asexperimental teaching tasks,the experimental object for a total of 3 weeks of teaching experiments,Three exercises per week,a total of 9 practice classes.At the end of the experimental teaching phase,the skills acquisition,maintenance and migration tests were performed on the three groups.After the test,the results were analyzed by mathematical statistics.Research indicates:1.In the early stage of the acquisition of the action skills,there was no significant difference between the random exercise group and the fixed practice group.There was no significant difference between the random training group and the fixed exercise group.“background interference effect”.In the skills maintenance and migration test,the random exercise group performance is better than the fixed practice group and progressive practice group,and with the fixed practice group performance showed significant differences,there is “background interference effect”.2.High background interference random training group in the same training unit of different action procedures of the action skills practice,the more conducive to the group within the difficulty of the overall operational skills to enhance the overall effect.3.In the same training unit composed of different training program basketball teaching,random training group for the difficult single action skills acquisition effect is significantly better than the fixed practice group and progressive practice group,the higher the background interference,skills to maintain and migrate4.It is suggested that the progressive practice method of medium background interference with fixed practice and random practice is more effective in improving the effect of single and lower action skills.
