As is well known that the private university has made great contributions to the development of higher education in our country.They have been developing from the past small scale and quantity to the current large scale and quantity with its teaching quality being constantly improved.Even though it can't not be done without the support of government policies,the perfection of market economy and the acknowledgement and understanding by society,the most important aspect is the increasingly stronger in the “inner function” in private universities.With the development of higher education in China,the social demand for talents in universities has changed from focusing on theoretical knowledge to social practice ability which requires qualified social application-oriented talents with consciousness of lifelong and innovative learning.In the author's opinion,there are many characteristics in private universities over public ones,such as the poor students' sources,insufficient study initiative and weak learning atmosphere.It depends on the support of environment to foster qualified social application-oriented talents.The class collective is the basic unit for fostering talents in private universities.The development and effect in construction of class collective not only concern the development of class members but also influence the cultural environment and education quality of universities.Therefore,the private universities should explore breakthrough from the construction of class collective and develop learning-oriented class collective with learning-oriented organization theory,which will promote the reform and the sustainable and sound development of private universities.Learning-oriented class collective means class collective members constantly strengthen their learning and innovative ability.The 18 thNational Congress of Communist Party of China proposes perfecting lifelong education system and building learning-oriented society.Private universities are the important places to develop qualified application-oriented talents.Construction of learning-oriented class collective,embodying interior essential requirement for higher education,plays a key role in deepening strategic reform in talent cultivation of private universities,class atmosphere optimization and construction of study style which is the important approach and method in fully advancing the quality education of application-oriented talents in universities and achieving the great China Dream and is also the practice reflection of enriching and developing learning-type organization theory.The essay,combined with learning-oriented organization theory,establishes the basis on case analysis and interview research.Its object of research is undergraduates who major inclinical medicine in A college.It can be divided into six parts.The first part is preface,presenting the cause of topic selection.The second one introduces the basic comprehension of learning-oriented class collective.The third one,with A College as an example,states the problems existing in class collective construction in private universities in terms of learning-oriented perspective.The fourth one tells the countermeasures and suggestions in learning-oriented class collective construction in private universities.The fifth one represents the achievement and effectiveness in learning-oriented class collective construction.The sixth one is concluding remarks.
