| With the progress of society,family education has become a topic of concern gradually.Education,especially for kindergarten children,is no longer the particular obligation which merely belongs to mother,and father plays a very important role that no one(including mother)can replace.This paper focuses on two key points including the status of role by father in real life and how to play a father role well in daily life.On the basis of existing relevant literature at home and abroad,taking fathers of children aged 3-6 in Jinan city as the research object and combining questionnaire with interview,around several dimensions including the cognition of family education by father,children's emotional support from father,accompany behavior to children by father,self-promotion of father and the support from family,the problem of father's role in children family education has been shown in this paper.This paper analyzes the reason for the status of father's role and presents proposals and strategies correspondingly,aiming to provide some reference for fathers about how to play their roles in family education.This paper consists of introduction and three chapters:Introduction: this section mainly presents problem and makes literature review on the role of father for infant,father rearing children and father participating children.The research purpose and significance,research design,innovation points has been clarified in this part.Part I:Core concepts of the thesis,including father's role and family education,has been defined and the unique status and positive effect of father role in family infant education has been stated.Part II: Taking part of kindergartens in Jinan as sample and combining questionnaire with interview,the problem of father's role in children family education has been shown and the cause of this problem is analyzed in view of the following aspects including father's personal factor,family factor and society factor.Part III:Combining the above reason analysis,this section proposes the strategy of father character back in family infant education.Based on a theory of multiple intelligence that the advantages of father accompanying their children and exploit their potentials as well as an ecological system theory that the consciousness of “parents are the resultant force of family education” and led by the order of love,the following recommendations are made: father should be high-quality companions for children,explorer on children's potential,children's spiritual growth leader and family education leader.Research results demonstrate that most fathers have realized the importance of their role in family infant education and thereby expect to do it well.Nevertheless,they are confused about how play their roles well in real life.To this issue,this paper presents the strategy of father character back,which focuses on mental level and abides by “consciousness first and then behavior”,for purpose of enlightening parents without supply specific methods directly.By the leading of character,the acknowledge of fathers on family education in mental level has been improved,which is the precondition of emotion support and accompany behavior to infants from their fathers.Absolutely,family support,which includes infant mothers and elders in family,is critical.Parents eye commonly on the construction of family environment such that their young child could live a life which is full of the sense of security and happiness.The love box which parents develop for their children could supply the growth of infants with some mental nutrition.Infants growing in this environment surrounded by love so that they will become self-confident and powerful children with healthy personality.I believe that the strategy of father character back has significant guidance value to growing infants and their parents and also has enlightening and guidance significance on the father's role in family education. |
