With the development of the society, the advent of the era of knowledge and economy, great changes in people' learning style have taken place. The idea of lifelong learning is also gradually accepted and recognized by people. Community education as an important way of implementing lifelong education, attached to great importance by the party and state, is stepping into the fast lane of development. Micro-lesson as a new teaching and learning resources, swept the country quickly within a few years , and are slowly flowing from the field of basic education to other education fields. Community education is no exception. However, community education website construction of the good and bad are intermingled, making the utilization of micro-lesson resources inefficient. In order to improve the efficiency of micro-lesson resources in the application of community education, the construction of the micro-lesson learning platform in community educations imminent.Based on constructivism, humanism, lifelong education theory, under the guidance of the basic learning needs of learners in the full research community,considering the features of micro-lesson and the community education, function and structure of micro-lesson learning platform is designed and realized. This paper focuses on the research and analysis of several typical micro-lesson platforms at home and abroad, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of these websites, and provides some reference for the construction of micro-lesson learning platform in community education. With considering all the potential needs of platform's users, we conduct a comprehensive analysis to the functions of platform, and divide ultimately the overall platform functions into system management, independent study, the function of communication and discussion, instant evaluation and individual learning center module. Of course, the modules are not completely independent, but cross, and support each other. The platform also set up some ranking functions,such as micro course click rate,micro-lesson' evaluation ranking and students' watching time ranking. With the platform threw in an usage,it will provide learners with learning places and environment,and learners can get learning support services from the platform. At the same time, the implementation of the platform,can not only provide more choices for the implementation of community education activities, but also provide some help for community education.This article from the perspective of learners and community needs, is committed to creating a micro-lesson learning community as the theme, to meet the learning needs of learners at all levels, to provide micro class learning platform comprehensive learning support service for learners. Through the research of this subject, we hope to enrich the research in the field of theory,and provide some reference for the related research. In the practical application,it can provide the majority of community learners with the environment of micro-lesson learning, and make full use of community education, and promote the establishment of lifelong education system and the formation of learning society.
