With the development of media technology, "Media convergence" is a new trend and state. An endless stream of new forms of media, the media that rely on the mobile terminal has become the user's choice. While under the influence of Social Economy and cultural trends, the "fragmentation" phenomenon can be found everywhere. In this context, I chose the topic "explore the design of earning activities of the visual culture course", I try to explore learners'fragmented learning in the Micro Message Public Platform.In this study, through organizing and analyzing micro learning-related papers, I learn the theory and practice of other scholars, to obtain get inspiration and experience related to micro-learning activities; for the research status of micro Learning, I focus on combing the micro-learning theory,activity theory and learning community theory, these three theories is an important pillar of this study; the analysis of the various elements of micro-learning activities is the basis for the design of different elements, Then, I can set up the framework of the micro-learning activities; on the basis of theoretical research, I design activities according to the characteristics of visual culture courses; this study include the design and implementation of the three cases, I chose learners who are learning in a liberal arts courses as the main subjects, the effect of the activities get feedback from the learners, and then modify the design of micro-learning activity and the framework of micro-learning activities.The results of this study indicate that it is feasible to design micro-learning activities based on micro message public platform. Features of Micro message public platform, meets the requirements of the implementation of micro-learning activities, it facilitate the participation of learners anytime, and learners get a relaxed learning experience in this study. Based on the important points of visual culture courses, as well as the interest of learners, the author selects learning content, learning content go from the easy to the difficult and complicated,il guide the participation of learners.In the process of participating micro-learning activity, learners get good learning results. Based on feedback from learners, the learners is satisfactory for the design of the micro activity, the design and arrangements of some elements needed to be improved.
