The 2016 Brazil Olympic Games in Rio has milepost significance for the Olympic family,Olympic Games after more than a century of golf will return to the Olympic family,this is not only the whole golf effort is certainly the best International Olympic Committee for influence of golf in the world.The Rio Olympic golf project is divided into men’s and women’s individual two competitions,all matches were held in Brazil the first public international standard golf course,the competition form using stroke play mode.The Chinese team sent a total of four golf players,including the women’s Feng Shanshan won a bronze medal in the history of China’s golf program!The golf course has such a group of players playing smooth athletics,assist member assistant,affectionately referred to them as’ Stadium elves’-Golf caddy.In the course of the development of golf in the role of the golf caddie mainly from the caddy role cognition,role consciousness and role playing are studied.Occupation standard is the description of the basic situation of the occupation,including occupation and occupation moral requirements,specific analysis and subdivided into occupation name,occupation occupation definition,grade,occupation environment,occupation ability characteristic,training requirements,identification requirements etc..The golf caddie occupation standard research mainly focuses on the following aspects: golf caddie occupation requirements,role playing,golf caddy occupation golf caddie occupation development vision,in order to provide reference for the Sichuan province golf caddie management and assessment.In this paper,the golf caddie and the role of the occupation standard related problems as the research object,taking Sichuan Province as a case study,with part of the golf club and the ball will serve as an object of golf caddy.Through the questionnaire survey method,literature method analysis of the current golf caddie role has the following problems: occupation cognition deviation,occupation role consciousness and role play the very fuzzy in occupation;specification: occupation level caddie caddy division is not clear,occupation training requirements are not clear,not occupation development vision ideal problem.In this paper,by consulting relevant experts put forward the following suggestions: to rely on the strength of the golf industry association,to speed up the occupation golf caddie process;to improve the service level of caddy,strengthen the caddy occupation role identity;strengthen the development process of the expansion of occupation standard caddies caddy,occupation development vision etc.
