As a social problem,teenagers physical deterioration reason is complex,but the poor quality of school physical education is one of the important reasons.School physical education(PE)including,the lesson hold,extracurricular sports activities,sports training and competition,etc.,and physical education is the center of the school sports work.Thus to improve the quality of school sports,must start from improve the quality of physical education.Physical education quality is influenced by factors such as teachers,location equipment,management and students comprehensive influence,the teacher is one of the most critical factor."Physical education(and health)curriculum standard",because employed during the period of school phy.Social education teachers lack of curriculum theory study,in office also lack training curriculum theory,as a result,most teachers don't have the ability to independently design sports curriculum.The resulting reality as a result,the sports teaching content lacks stipulation,systemic,gradation and science,physical education optional the gender is strong.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research of physical education curriculum.This text USES the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,etc.,guided by the theory of curriculum design,with the golden flower of Chengdu experimental school as a case,the study of junior high school physical education curriculum content,as the main research conclusions:1,Sports curriculum content is the habit of physical education teachers of subject knowledge and the ability to restrict,arranged by physical education teachers to choose,and course content are not fixed.2,The school sports work lack of overall plan,make the teaching work stagnation.3,Physical education teachers and employment,the number of the students' cognitive level,the school environment and restricted the sports course content design of site equipment and facilities.4,sports teachers' professional level match the sports curriculum to implement hardware facilities is the main factor restricting sports curriculum content development,students' physical and mental development characteristics and how to choose the course content is the key to the development of sports curriculum.
