Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of three different exercise methods on the echocardiography of male college students. On the one hand, the theory of the effects of different exercise modes on the structure and function of male college students, So as to make up for the weak research on the related theoretical research on improving the structure and function of male college students. On the other hand, it explores the effective ways to improve the improvement of heart structure and function of male college students, and improve the heart structure Function to provide empirical evidence and scientific guidance.Method: In this study, 60 male college students with no exercise were selected as the experimental subjects. Sixty subjects were randomly divided into four groups: aerobic exercise group, strength exercise group, aerobic combined exercise group and control group. According to the requirements of the subjects and for their own reasons, after 2 weeks can not complete the experiment as required and do not cooperate with the experiment, be removed, the final 48 subjects included in the study, each group of 12 people. There were no significant differences in the indexes of the four groups before the experiment. Throughout the course of the experiment, the aerobic group, the strength group and the aerobic combined force group were carried out three times a week, every 60 minutes and 12 weeks of exercise according to the scheduled exercise program. Before and after the experiment, the SSI-5500 color Doppler echocardiography was used to measure the physiological indexes of cardiac echocardiography in four groups, including cardiac morphology, cardiac contraction Ability and cardiac pump function. Heart structure index: Inter ventricular septum diastolic thickness (IVSD),Inter ventricular septum systolicc thickness (IVSS),Left ventricular posterior wall end-diastolic thickness (LVPWD), Left ventricular posterior wall end-systolic thickness (LVPWS), Left ventricular internal dimension at end-diastole (LVIDD), Left ventricular internal dimension at end-systole (LVIDS),Left ventricular end-diastolic volume (EDV), Left ventricular end-systolic volume(ESV). The indexes of cardiac contractility and cardiac pump function were heart rate(HR), Stroke volume (SV), Stroke volume index (SVI), Cardiac output (CO), Cardiac index (CI), Ejection fraction (EF), Fractional shortening (FS).Result:(1) After twelve weeks of training, in the form of heart, three experimental groups IVSD, IVSS, LVPWD, LVPWS, LVIDD, LVIDS, EDV, ESV were higher than the control group (P < 0.01 or 0.05), including IVSS, LVIDD, EDV oxygen group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01 or 0.05); power group IVSD,IVSS, LVPWD, LVPWS and EDV were significantly higher than control group (P <0.01 or 0.05); group IVSD, IVSS5 combined with LVPWD, LVPWS, LVIDD and EDV were significantly higher than control group (P < 0.01 or 0.05). There is no significant difference between the oxygen group, power group and combined group IVSS, LVIDS, ESV group (P > 0.05), aerobic group IVSD is less than the power group (P < 0.05), aerobic group LVPWD, LVPWS is less than the power group and the combination group (P < 0.05), aerobic group LVIDD is greater than the power group (P < 0.05), aerobic group and combination group EDV than strength group (P <0.05).(2) After twelve weeks of training, the heart function, three SV in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, HR was significantly less than that of the control group (P < 0.01 or 0.05), aerobic group and combination group SVI were significantly higher than control group (P < 0.01 or 0.05), no significant differences between the three experimental groups, FS, EF CO, CI and control group (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in EF, FS, HR, CO, CI group between the aerobic group, the strength group and the combined group (P >0.05), SV in the aerobic group and the combined group was greater than that in the SVI group (P < 0.05), and the aerobic group was larger than that in the strength group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:.(1) After 12 weeks of exercise, the left ventricle of the aerobic group was significantly enlarged and the wall thickened in the aerobic group. The wall of the male group was significantly thickened and the chamber enlargement was not obvious. Strength exercise group male college students not only left ventricular enlargement, and ventricular wall thickening, heart shape changes with both oxygen and strength after exercise characteristics.(2) After 12 weeks of exercise, the cardiac function was the most significant in the aerobic group, and the effect of the combined group was similar to that of the aerobic group. The aerobic group and the combined group were better than the power group.(3) Three kinds of exercise methods have improved the shape and function of male college students, aerobic exercise on the improvement of cardiac function is best, strength exercise to improve the shape of the heart (thickness) effect is more obvious, joint exercise on Heart shape and function of the most comprehensive improvement.
