In recent years, many postgraduates of social work have not engaged in social work and social work and high-level education.In order to better understand the present situation of the employment situation of high-level education talents in social work,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the employment status of the three MSW graduates of N University through questionnaire survey, and carries on the analysis of 8 representative graduates In-depth interviews. Empirical studies show that the current employment status of graduates of social work is still not optimistic, the salary level is not high, the low rate of employment counterparts still exist.This paper analyzes the employment difficulties of social work is mainly: First,"applauded", good policy and the actual employment situation there is a big contrast between the second; employment is not counterparts, social work professional talent loss is serious; High turnover rate, job hopping phenomenon is more frequent. In view of the above employment difficulties, this paper summarizes the factors influencing the employment difficulties of the graduates of the social work graduates, and makes use of the theory of social identity and the theory of superiority perspective to analyze these factors. This article also through the case of graduates M to further explore the employment of social work graduate graduates, the interview results show that there are still some MSW graduates after some choice is still attached to the occupation,with a certain representation.Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve the employment difficulties of the graduates of social work graduates from the government level, the school level and the individual level,and tries to improve the employment difficulties of the graduates of the social work graduates and reduce the social work of high-level education talents Wastage rate.
