Kindergarten is the first social organization that children join in,as a social organization,it requires to have the norms to constraint the behavior of its internal members,in the kindergarten,kindergarten routine is just the first social code of conduct that children come into contact,and the important approach to the children’s socialization.The reasonable kindergarten routine is not only good for maintaining the order of education activities but also good for children’s physical and mental development harmoniously.However,in the practice of kindergarten education practice,there are still many shortcomings in kindergarten routine affecting the healthy development of children’s physical and mental health.This study is just take kindergarten routine as the research object,and to reflect and criticize the "discipline" of the kindergarten routine,then gives advice to how to reconstruct scientific and reasonable kindergarten routine.This study content includes four chapters: the first chapter is mainly to the related overview about kindergarten routine,on the basis of defining the routine,the kindergarten routine and the "discipline",the author interprets the classification and value of the kindergarten routine.The second chapter is the main part of this study,it mainly analyzes the "discipline" of the kindergarten routine from four aspects: time field,space field,symbolic metaphor and common means.The third chapter discusses the children’s different behavior and reaction to the kindergarten routine that imply the "discipline" through concrete observation record cases----catering to,adaptation and resistance,and accordingly illustrates the children’s reaction and performance taking adverse effects to the children’s physical and mental development:children who catering to the kindergarten routine influence their autonomy and creativity;children who adapting to the kindergarten routine suppress their lively nature;children who resisting to the kindergarten routine may lead to their psychological frustration and even punishment.The fourth chapter is mainly about several advice based on the study: to transformaccepting the kindergarten routine passively into constructing the reasonable kindergarten routine actively;to change the external general requirements into the children’s internal rules that they need;to transform unilaterally emphasizing the commonality of the kindergarten routine into focusing on children’s individual differences.
