Ideological and political education essence is to promote education object formed certain ideology and moral character as the goal,educators and the educated participation of interactive two-way communication.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities,to obtain actual effect,to a large extent depends on the knowledge between teachers and students,feelings,needs the effective communication and interaction.Therefore,ideological and political education to explore how to optimize the ways,methods,methods of interaction between teachers and students about the topic,has been favored by the society and academic circles.In the new period,facing the new market environment and education development situation,in view of the traditional ideological and political education of the disadvantages of insufficient interaction between teachers and students,colleges and universities need to implement the guidelines and policies of the party and national education at the same time,actively seeking college students' ideological and political education work of new ideas,new methods and new approaches,stimulate the vitality of ideological and political education the teachers and students interaction.In this paper,through summarizing and borrow relevant marketing discipline concept,system structure,the tactics,the ideological and political education in order to solve the current practical problems of interaction between teachers and students provides a new train of thought,in order to promote the construction of ideological and political education work system,forming solve ideological and political education of the teachers and students interaction problem of new strategic thinking.On the basis of the relevant academic research results,the author,the connotation of the ideological and political education of the teachers and students interactive marketing under the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities described system carding and interaction between teachers and students,the ideological and political education in order to understand deeply the first step of interactive mechanism between teachers and students.At the same time,in order to make the ideological and political education research more pertinence and effectiveness of interaction between teachers and students,this article take the questionnaire survey and the way of empirical research,analysis,from the overall grasp and summarizes the current status and main problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities teachers and students interaction,at the same time,in order to more effectively solve the problem of the current ideological and political education the nature of the interaction between teachers and students,the author through using interactive marketing is relationship marketing theory,analysis of the relationship marketing interaction and the ideological and political education the correspondency of interaction between teachers and students,and puts forward to apply the idea of relationship marketing in the interaction of before,during and after the three links,strive to build good relationship between teachers and students in ideological and political education interaction and interaction.In order to further make the ideological and political education to form a benign operation of the interactive link chain,the author will marketing disciplines related concept and strategic thinking into the ideological and political education of contemporary college students in all the process elements as well as the influencing factors of interaction between teachers and students in the marketing thinking and strategy inspired by adjust and perfect the relevant factors of interaction,thus forming optimization of ideological and political education of the teachers and students interaction system of specific path.
