At present, China is in a critical period of construction in the primary stage of socialism, but also by continuously penetrate into the global economy, culture, the ideological characteristics of modern college students, the ways of thinking and behavior and so on have undergone great changes, which show more personalized features. Facing the new situation, the private colleges and universities put more effort and resources in Ideological and political education, although it has achieved some success, but by the characteristics of running a private university and current situation of higher education in our country, many deficiencies still exist in the ideological and political education of College students.
