Teachers’ professional identity is a teacher in the teaching process for this professional esteemed.In five dimensions: teachers professional emotional identity,teachers’ professional ability identity,teachers’ professional identity,teachers’ professional identity,professional in identity,etc.With the constant reform of education system,people not only pay close attention to focus on students,and to look to teachers.In recent years,research on teachers’ professional identity is more and more perfect: Research of rich content,research method,the expansion of research scope.Through different content,different research perspectives,different stages of research to reflect the situation of teachers’ professional identity in China.But under the background of national sports teaching reform actively,as the foundation education beginning elementary school physical education teachers with the function of important enlightenment to term not because has the important role of the corresponding value,is now a primary school physical education teachers,most people’s first reaction is still playing with children.Now the study of elementary school physical education teachers is less,the corresponding professional identity research lack of theoretical guidance.This research will be divided into four parts: the first part of the theoretical research on teachers’ different career stages division,professional identity contents of research and analysis and study of the influence factors of teacher identity,by studying the predecessors’ point of view to find their own theoretical basis;The second part of the elementary school sports teachers’ professional identity questionnaire design and modification;The third part of the research results are sorting analysis;The fourth part,according to molecular content and put forward corresponding Suggestions.First,jinan elementary school sports teachers’ professional identity with average level,professional identity of different latitude Angle has a bigger difference.Second,Jinan elementary school physical education teacher education is given priority to with bachelor degree,master degree of teachers has a tendency to increase,has the high academic levelThird,Jinan elementary school sports professional identity of teachers’ different career stages with a difference: in the adaptation of physical education teachers have high professionalaffective commitment,but for professional ability identity is low;Chips are the physical education teachers for professional emotional identification with high,but for professional investment identity is in low level: in the career maturity stage of physical education teachers for teachers’ professional affective commitment also has high recognition,for professional input identification has lower;For career after the mature stage of the teachers have high ability to identity,but for teachers’ professional recognition is not high.Forth,For elementary school physical education teachers in identification of dimension is low,the teachers generally reflect,teaching work pressure big,low wages.Through investigation and study,in view of the jinan elementary school physical education teachers professional identity status and prominent problems,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures,through all aspects of the adjustment,the primary school physical education teachers will continue maintaining high identity,complete teaching task with high quality and efficiency.
