Objective: throughout the history of sports,the early people tend to pay attention to the impact of external factors,such as in the solution of how to run faster,how to jump higher,such problems as how to become stronger,often from the muscle of the reasonable force,positive improvement,in the form of movement before the game and ignore the aspects such as the maintenance of the human body movement-the "brains" refers to the headquarters for sports,in the field of research and application of combination is few and far between.In recent years,with the neural domain,to all parts of the brain function of interpretation and exploration,the word "movement and the brain" is gradually caught everyone's attention and exploration,the motor nerve science but also in the field of motor function and behavior plays an extremely important role.In this paper,the current situation,the proposed eeg experiment method to obtain the brain and exercise behavior,the relationship between to explore the internal relation of the two,for this kind of research for your reference.Methods: this experiment adopts double blind experiment principle,which is divided into two stages.First stage for the transtheoretical model hierarchy: randomly selected60 pingyin campus of shandong normal university undergraduate students of each professional grade,in a simple inquiry after its excellent physical and psychological situation to determine,make its hierarchical questionnaire and fill in the transtheoretical model demography,and the issuance of a certain material rewards to encourage,participants were asked to participate in the next stage of related facial recognition eeg experiment,but the second phase of the subjects' s stage what kind of sports do statistical classification,directly related to the participants on to the next stage of experiments.The second phase for face recognition experiment phase: phase I fill in the questionnaire of 60 specific subjects respectively face recognition experiments and record facial recognition specific wave N170 relevant electrical data and key behavior data.In experiment two phase,after the completion of the first phase of the participants on the basis of questionnaire transtheoretical model TTM classification method of "five points",then the second phase of eeg data subjects,key behavior as a result,the subjects are one-to-one correspondence,after reaction with classification accuracy to explore different sports stage,the brain cognitive processing ability difference,for the study of the brain cognition and the relationship between sport ability to provide some scientific reference basis and theoretical support.Results:1.Transtheoretical model on the basis of college students,the questionnaire survey after statistics found that the 56 subjects' extracurricular physical exercise is happening into normal distribution according to the results of questionnaire survey of college students transtheoretical model,through the data statistics found that the 56subjects' extracurricular physical exercise is happening into a normal distribution.Most are in the stage of action,to half of all the subjects(49.1%).And in the other stage is relatively small,the number of number of preparation phase and continuous phase,expected fewer phase,subjects were not expected before stage,the visible college students engaged in shandong normal university extracurricular physicalexercise more.Questionnaire to see accounted for 89.5%,ninety percent,the situation is more optimistic.2.According to the reaction time and accuracy of the data we found that the subjects under the different movement phase reaction to read with correct buttons within the set of data,descriptive analysis,there is no much difference though movement stage has the difference,but the four stages of reaction time,accuracy and no obvious difference,neither rise nor decline.The expected phase can be seen between group compared with the preparation,anticipation and preparation stage extremely significant differences in reaction time(P ? 0.01);Anticipation and preparation for accuracy and no significant difference.On stage can be seen between group compared with the action stage,preparation stage and the stage of action extremely significant differences in reaction time(P ? 0.01);Preparation and action phase accuracy and no significant difference.The preparation phase and maintaining phase contrast can be seen between groups,preparation phase and maintaining phase response means there is extremely significant difference(P ? 0.01);Preparation phase and maintaining phase accuracy and no significant difference.3.According to the different stages of exercise subjects facial recognition ability under the evoked potential N170 index data we found that:(1)different stages of movement under the stimulus of neutral facial expression induced N170 index variations.N170 classic point O1,O2,Oz,P3,P4,P7,P8 of different stages of sport exercise increases with time,is expected to maintain stage of change,the classic point under the stimulus of neutral facial expression amplitude decreasing step by step,into a ladder type shorten the trend.And N170 classic point O1,O2,Oz,P3,P4,P7,P8 of different stages of sport exercise increases with time,namely expected stage to maintain phase increment,the incubation period classical potential point under the stimulus of neutral facial expression in increasing step by step,the ladder type growth trend.(2)the different movement phase under the stimulus happy facial expression induced N170 index variations.N170 classic point O1,O2,Oz,P3,P4,P7,P8 as the change of different sports stage,is expected to maintain stage of change,the classic point under the stimulus to facial expressions amplitude is different,do not have regular phenomenon.Which point O1,Oz,P3 amplitude increasing after decreasing first occurs,the potential of O2 amplitude not progressive discipline,and the potential point P4,P7 increasing trend,point P8 shorten the trend showed a trend of decreasing step type.On their happy faces under the stimulus of the incubation period,the potential point O1,Oz,P4,P7 incubation period is increasing after decreasing phenomenon,first point O2,O3 no progressive laws,same point P8 incubation period will decrease.(3)under different tectonic movement in anger facial expressions to stimulate induced N170 index variations.N170 classic point O1,O2,Oz,P3,P4,P7,P8 as the change of different sports stage,is expected to maintain stage of change,the classic point under the stimulus angry facial expressions amplitude is different,do not have regular phenomenon.The potential point O1,P8 amplitude decrease phenomenon,potential points of O2,Oz,P3,P4 amplitude and render first increasing then decreasing phenomenon,and the potential point of P7 and no obvious change of progressive relationship;By angry facial expressions under the stimulus of theincubation period,potential point O1,O2,Oz incubation period of increasing phenomenon,potential point P3,what is the law of diminishing point P4,P8 incubation period of progressive relationship and has no obvious change.Conclusion:1.According to the result of questionnaire and data analysis of transtheoretical model,college students' extracurricular physical exercise stage show clear inverted "V" type of normal distribution.2.According to the different movement phase buttons on the subjects knowledge chart reaction with correct data analysis results,in the preparation stage,action stage and maintenance stage three stages of sports population and the expected stage of sports population keystroke accuracy is no bigger difference;But in the stage of sports population is slightly shorter than the overall reaction time and the movement stage,visible physical exercise gives individual's ability to respond to a relative rise;At the same time after the three stages of movement crowd reactions and bigger difference,it seems as sports people,reaction time and no with increase of gradation movement time shortened,the visible movement time limits affect reaction time shortened,not unlimited with the increase of the movement time and shorten the reaction time.3.According to the different stages of exercise subjects facial recognition ability under the evoked potential N170 index number analysis result,the amplitude of long-term physical exercise crowd showed a trend of decreasing,and present a tendency of increasing the incubation period,suggesting that time long the human brain cognitive processing efficiency has improved.Amplitude decline reflects the long-term movement of the population in the treatment of the face only need to input when stimulus is less attention resources has reached the expected effect;The extension of incubation period that people long-term movement of facial stimuli for deeper processing in order to make a faster response.
