A Comparative Study On The Current Situation Of Training Of Reserve Talents In Chongqing And Beijing

Chongqing badminton athletic level has had a peak period,but in recent years has been declining,a serious shortage of reserve personnel is one of the main problems.In order to improve the situation,this paper analyzes the present situation of the badminton reserve talents in Chongqing and the current situation of the athletic badminton reserve talents in Beijing,finds out the existing problems of the athletic badminton reserve talents in Chongqing,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The Advice and Suggestion on the Development of Sports Reserve Talents in.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the basic situation of the athletic badminton reserve talents in Chongqing and Beijing,the status of the coaches,the situation of the competition and so on by using the expert interview method,the questionnaire adjustment method and the mathematical statistics method.The main problems are as follows: First,the training mode of athletes is single,there is no specific training plan and implementation plan,and lack of systematic support.Athletes to participate in training blindly motive,resulting in poor training,athletes own consciousness is not strong,for training and learning to grasp the imbalance.Second,the overall lack of theoretical knowledge of coaches,coaches in Beijing than the individual sense of access and social role of the attribute-based perception of poor harvest little,resulting in coaches in the training process is not satisfactory.Thirdly,the number of foreign games given to athletes in Chongqing is less than that in Chongqing,which results in the lack of competition ability of badminton athletes in Chongqing,which eventually leads to the low rate of athletes in Chongqing.Fourthly,the mass base of Chongqing is weak,which leads to poor support of badminton athletics talents in Chongqing.The support of social groups and their social groups is not high.Associated with these are athletes and coaches,Chongqing Athletics Badminton society as a whole is not high,resulting in the formation of talent,lack of funds in a vicious circle.
