Research On The Application Of Characteristic Construction Of The Digital Resources Based On Cloud Computing Platform In The University Information Management

With the continuous improvement of science and technology application in the education industry,the popularity of various mobile office applications in Colleges and universities,it provides a great impetus for the development and advancement of digital resources in vocational colleges,but also puts forward higher requirements for its management.There are many problems in the traditional IT architecture,such as the high cost of information and the low scalability of the original technology infrastructure.Customized new,modular university application system can solve existing problems to a certain extent,but because there are little differences between the old and new application system in function,only to reform the existing architecture of software and hardware and the purchase of new application systems often result in management costs,did not improve the quality of management,low utilization rate of hardware information.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,comparative analysis method,network survey method and other research methods,for electronic data,cloud platform,cloud computing,digital information resources,such as key words search,on the basis of collecting a large number of references,it analyzes the digital information resources of Vocational Colleges under the cloud platform technology,based on the new research direction and new starting point,analyzes the development,characteristics and mutual relations of digital resources in the cloud platform building system.Based on the analysis of the present situation of digital resources in Colleges and universities,and emphasizes the necessity of introducing cloud platform digital resources in the management of Vocational colleges.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the use of digital resources in vocational colleges both at home and abroad,on the basis of studying the development of digital resources and information technology in china,build a new cloud based platform technology,the effectiveness of digital resource system is optimized,and the digital resource sharing platform is established,puts forward the idea of constructing digital information resources system in Vocational Colleges and cloud platform technology.In this paper,the cloud platform has changed the current situation of the traditional learning resources in vocational colleges,so that it will continue to scale,intensive,and alliance.Cloud platform technology of digital services,not only to meet the needs of the individual,to update the characteristics of digital resource service model,it can also be based on experience services.To provide development space for digital resource system,on the basis of emphasizing the innovation of service concept,we should promote the use of digital resources.Cloud computing platform based on the development of cloud computing technology,emphasizing the realization of the use of terminal equipment,and provide a simple operating system for vocational colleges,based on access to services,information.The establishment of digital confidence base,taking advantage of it,breaking the time and place restrictions,emphasizing the development of information services.The future of digital resources is the inevitable choice for the development of vocational schools,while the changing environment of the teaching environment,Career Academy has experienced different stages,such as sub focus.In the digital resource environment,the basic interactive and personalized functions not only meet the needs of education reform,but also meet the needs of educational objectives.
