Research On The Professional Development Of Teachers In Rural Special Posts In Hebei Province

The purpose of the "plan of special post teachers" is to improve the rural teachers' quality and promote the development of the education equalization.Since the implementation of the plan in Hebei province in 2009,many university graduates to apply for the jobs and it brought new vigor for the rural education.On the one hand,the plan eases the employment pressure.On the other hand,supplementing the shortage of teachers timely in rural.This plan contributes to the local education.To know the situation of the special post teacher professional development in hebei province.We regard Pingxiang County,Hebei province teachers as an example.Through the questionnaire method and interview method can carry on objective research on special post teachers.Analyzing their professional development situation at present,it is found that the difficulty of their professional development,and put forward relevant countermeasures to solve these problems.We find that these special post teachers have difficulties on professional development.They have the problems of welfare safeguard and professional improvement,cannot adapt to the rural life,etc.And find out the corresponding countermeasures according to these problems.All relevant departments should pay more attention to these problems.Focusing on special post teachers' professional development,understanding the working and living conditions of teachers,is good for teaching quality and the rural education.
