| The development of education is inseparable from the construction of faculty,the overall level of teachers determines the development of education,whether the rational structure of teachers directly affect the education and teaching work can be carried out smoothly,education can flourish.This paper takes the structure of teachers’ team in compulsory education in Heilongjiang province as the research object,and uses the method of reviewing literature,statistical analysis and comparative study to study the historical development trend and current situation of the contingent education team structure in Heilongjiang province.The data of Heilongjiang Province were compared with the national average and other provinces using the relevant data of the National Yearbook of Education in Heilongjiang Province and found that there were some problems in the structure of compulsory education in Heilongjiang.The urban and rural compulsory education teachers in Heilongjiang Province made a comparative analysis of the structure,found that the urban and rural areas in the structure there are large or small gap.There are many reasons for the unreasonable structure of teachers,such as social cognition,historical factors,imperfect policies,inadequate investment and insufficient school management.In order to promote the rationalization of the structure of teachers,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from these reasons,including improving the social status of teachers in compulsory education,improving the system,increasing the investment,improving the rural areas,strengthening the school management,Two levels together to make the compulsory education in Heilongjiang Province,the teacher structure can be more reasonable. |
