Our country is speeding up the process of local educational informatization.For lack of sufficient qualited teachers and teaching facilities the process of rural educational informatization is being in a dilemma.In order to improve the level of rural teachers' information technology application ability,this paper puts forward the problems,analyzes the problems and solves the problems.First of all,MuDanjiang BaDa village BaDa primary school teachers as the research object,according to the "primary and secondary school teachers information technology application ability standard(trial)" design questionnaire,using the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the application level of information technology of BaDa teachers and analyze the present situation and causes of teachers' information technology application ability.Finally,according to the conclusion of the analysis,from the technical literacy,teaching practice,learning and development of three aspects of teacher information technology application ability school-based training program,The evaluation of teachers' learning effect by the combination of online and offline evaluation,so as to achieve the purpose of improving teachers' information technology application ability.
