| Realm of art as one of the five fields of kindergarten education,plays a very important role in children's quality education.And music as one part of the realm of art,it's the bridge to communicate children's moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education.As the ancient thinker Xunzi said in the Theory of Music,"Music can deeply influence people's hearts,transform social traditions,and help the emperor to govern the country and to make the people live and work in peace and contentment."It further explains the educational function of music.Children aged 3 years don't have so much experience.This requires teachers to give appropriate guidance in music education activities,help chidren to gain joyful in music education activities,inspire their interest,and develop their aesthetic judgment.There are so many advantages of music education.However,there still have lots of problems when teachers are taking music education activities.According to this,researcher conducted a related research.The research selected 30 reception class teachers in Dalian a kindergarten.In order to observe and record the content and organization of the music education activities,the number of music education activity,and the use of the hardware in music education activities.Through the interviews and questionnaires,the researcher makes a detailed research on teachers'interest in music,music quality and music education ability.Finally,by sorting and analyzing the data and cases.The research find those problems:The content and organization of music education are not balance.The times of music activities are less.Uses of hardware facilities in music education activities are not good.Teachers are not serious in music education activities.Teachers are in low music level.So the research put forward some corresponding strategies some suggestions to the kindergarten,according to those problems in teachers and their music education activities. |
