Higher pre-service teacher education is the initial stage of teacher education,bear the task of cultivating basic education teachers,and play a important role in developing the level of the teachers.école Normale Supérieure de Paris is a model of the world's higher pre-service teacher education,known for its minimal scale and high quality of training.In the wave of globalization of higher education,école Normale Supérieure de Paris still insists on their own characteristics and stands in the forest of higher education in the world with its unique talent training mode.This paper first systematically analyzes the development course of école Normale Supérieure de Paris with the present situation of the higher education in France.There are 3 stages of develop ment of this college: the pioneering stage,the three stage period and certain adjustment.école Normale Supérieure de Paris have been cultivating scientific research personnel,middle and higher education teachers and other social elites from cultivating teachers who can teach republican ideology and qualified citizens.Secondly,combined with the dual track system of French higher education,this paper combs the characteristics of école Normale Supérieure de Paris.In addition to the general characteristics of Grand école-to cultivate both general and special talent,école Normale Supérieure de Paris also has the four characteristics: the fusion between thought and cultural integration,interdisciplinary cultivation,research-oriented value-oriented and the free management system of academic and development.Thirdly,this paper comprehensively combs and systematically analyzes the curriculum system of école Normale Supérieure de Paris,and finds that the curriculum system of école Normale Supérieure de Paris has three characteristics: general courses are wide and deep,educational courses highlight the practice and discipline courses combine with the foundation and frontier.These three characteristics fully embodies the value orientation and the interdisc iplinary cultivation idea of the research department of école Normale Supérieure de Paris.Finally,combining with the current situation of higher pre-service teacher education curriculum and the characteristics of the curriculum system of école Normale Supérieure de Paris,this paper expounds the enlightenment of the characteristics of the curriculum system of Paris Normal University to the higher pre-service teacher education in our country.It is mainly expressed as the following points: to expand the elective model of general education courses,to break the barriers between college and discipline;to study and promote the learning of subject courses and educational theory courses;to increase the educational practice courses' categories and duration,to ensure that students can get effective guidance,and strive to practice in education internalized educational theory.
