The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Leisure Sports Majors In Shandong Province

Professional to cultivate talents needed by various industry provides a good platform,professional construction to a certain extent,not only for the reform of higher education plays a promoting role,and plays a role in promoting sustainable development of education.Scientific and reasonable to set up the professional,it is necessary for developing countries,it is not only the inevitable demand for economic and social development,and improve the quality and efficiency of higher institution and keep the intrinsic motivation for the sustainable development of education.With China’s rapid economic development,people’s living standard and quality have greatly improved,more and more people begin to pursue higher quality,more healthful lifestyle,under such circumstances,the leisure sports will naturally produce.However,at present our country engaged in the leisure sports professionals is extremely low,not enough industry needs.So,the problem of leisure sports specialty construction of research on the construction and reform of the college sports professional has important theoretical and practical significance.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,open recreational sports specialty in shandong province of shandong sports institute,qufu normal university,Qingdao university of science and technology,construction of three leisure sports colleges were investigated,analyzed the influence factors of leisure sports specialty construction,and puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of professional sports leisure.The results show that:1.Colleges of shandong province leisure sports professional talent training goal with diversity and commonality;Professional direction set combined with social demand,on the premise of training goal each has its own characteristics;In the aspect of curriculum according to their own conditions,school around the professional direction of each school opened compulsory theory,the skill required courses,elective courses,practice;Leisure sports most without the system of professional teachers professional learning but teachers of other professional;The arrangement of the practice teaching according to the situation of school conditions,combined with the social demand,each are not identical.Although the institutions on the enrollment increases year by year,but still can’t meet the demand of market;The construction of the facilities affected by money.2.Shandong colleges leisure sports professional training objectives require students to master to engage in leisure sports teaching service and guidance,leisure,events planning,design and organization and other related work;The direction of the professional heavy theory set light skills;The curriculum and student demand.3.Effects are the major factors of the construction of the professional sports leisure facilities,faculty,curriculum,the recruitment of students scale,budgetary constraints,market demand,imperfect facilities in the above factors influence teachers’ teaching;Teachers lack of influence degree of training students to learn knowledge and sports;The curriculum affect the requirements of students in learning;Funding constraints and the market demand by influencing the venue construction,teachers’ teaching and curriculum to influence specialty construction.4.Leisure sports specialty construction in shandong province should adjust the personnel training mode,improve the target training plan;The optimize allocation of teaching resources,improve the teaching facilities;Professional development direction,reasonable construction of curriculum system;To strengthen the construction of practice teaching;Increase the funds investment,innovative professional characteristics.
