With the development of the times,the international competition is becoming more and more intense,the society has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive accomplishment and innovation ability of the people.At the same time,after many years of educational reform,the quality education has achieved remarkable results.But there is a certain gap while talking about adjusting to social needs of 21 st century and the requirements of essential character and key ability which is needed in comprehensive development,lifelong development and social development.In 2014 Ministry of Education issued a file,"opinions about the deepening comprehensive curriculum reform to implement the basic task of moralizing people ",putting forward the the new task "constructing the core system " for the students development.On September 13 th,2016,results of " developing core competence on Chinese students" has been released in Beijing,and concept of "core competence system" will also be regarded as an important educational development goal in the forthcoming promulgation of China's ordinary high school curriculum standards,we can see the importance of core competence in the current round of teaching reform.The realization of the core competence educational goal relies on virtue of the course,and the teaching materials as an important carrier of curriculum implementation directly affect formation of core competence and to shape the value.Therefore,according to the upcoming high school curriculum standards,writing and revising the high school related subject materials,the concept of student core competence would be integrated into the school curriculum,classroom,teaching materials,all these actions are the concrete embodiment of the practice of the core values of Chinese socialism and the basic concept of the moralizing people,but how to integrate the basic concept of the core competence of the students into the school curriculum is a new attempt,we need to work together to explore.This paper uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and so on.Based on the in-depth analysis of the upcoming new high school biology curriculum standards,according to the connotation and related performance of biology core competence,considering the basic requirements and suggestions in curriculum standards for textbook's writing and revising,studying the relevant literature at home and abroad,selection of teaching materials,column settings and activities,and other aspects of the organization,I believe we should focus on the core competence to writeand revise the textbook,emphasize the method of helping student to cultivate their ability to solve problem,stress the importance of creation of the real situation of the textbook;Design directional problems to focus on the content of the textbook with the idea of core competence and form relatively streamlined curriculum content;Focus on whether the textbook obtain the feature of time,amusement,life and increase the readability of teaching materials;Create practical activities to develop students' rational thinking and problem-solving ability.And put these characteristics as the basic principles,sum up and refine that,core competence with the history of biological science,convey the idea of discipline core competence in a theme,choose the materials relevant to discipline core competence and express the idea of discipline core competence in designing the exercises.I hope these four strategies in writing and revising the textbook could provide reference for other work.This paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction part,mainly introduces the research background of this thesis,and establishes the research significance of this thesis.Through the analysis of the status of research,this paper puts forward the innovation of this thesis,and then establishes the research content and research method.The second part is the theoretical research part,which mainly elaborates the connotation of the core competence and the discipline core competence,as well as concrete manifestation of the biology discipline core competence,It also provides the theoretical basis for the follow-up research.The third part sums up some characteristics that textbook with idea of core competence should have through the in-depth analysis of the new curriculum standards and the connotation of the biology discipline core competence.The fourth part sums up the four strategies on effective writing and revising textbook based on the basic principles of core competence,and takes the concrete chapter in "biological and environmental" for instance,elaborates the details and hopes to provide more reference for follow-up related work.The fifth part is the summary,mainly summarizes the research conclusion of this paper,and according to the research results makes some suggestions about how to implement the spirit of curriculum standards in writing teaching materials,how to use teaching materials for teachers,and how to make exercises according to teaching materials.
