Health is a basic human rights and the source of happiness,the health problems of young people is the focus of state and society,school health education can not only promote adolescents' physical and mental health,but also through the influence of adolescent families and communities,to achieve national health and lifelong health purposes.The Taiwan area remains connected with the mainland area,and the cultural atmosphere is similar.School health education in Taiwan is relatively mature,which is easy for mainland area to refer and study.This paper focuses on the research of school health education curriculum,mainly discussing the implementation of school health education curriculum in Taiwan and mainland.The paper roundly introduces and analyzes school health education curriculum idea,curriculum goal,curriculum content,teaching methods,curriculum evaluation and the cultivation of the teachers of the Taiwan and mainland area.Finally,through further summary to the analysis results,this paper provides suggestions for the mainland area to carry out the school health education curriculum.This paper believes that the school health education in Taiwan area is highly effective and worth learning.First,Kang Xuan "health and sports" teaching material structure is reasonable,logical,and teaching content includes a wide range of both interesting and practical.What's more,health promotion and health education faculty in Taiwan normal university has mighty teaching staff,cultivating school health education professionals with high professional quality.Thus,the author suggests that the mainland area should give more attention to the school health education,guarantee the course implementation from the policy level.Secondly,the author advises that we should integrate with advanced international concepts,improve the "sports and health" curriculum standards,compile high-quality teaching materials.Thirdly,the author suggests that we should strengthen the construction of health education teachers professional development,standardize the pre-service cultivation,enhance the post-career training.
