The teachers’ professional development is considered as a key factor influencing on the future educational development in a country.Also,the quality of various teachers’ training program in different subjects would affect on the results of national curriculum reform.The realization of reform depends on the improvement of teachers’ education efficiency.With the continuous improvement of the level of education and acceleration,how to strengthen the rapid entry of new teachers into the track,so that it can better promote students’ learning and development,which is more and more attention and concern.On the scaffolding teaching strategies teaching strategy theory research is gradually enriched,but how to make learning to expert teachers relatively fast new teachers of outstanding teaching strategies in practice how to use in class also has certain fuzziness and uncertainty.Therefore,this study focuses on the junior high school chemistry class from the perspective of Constructivism focuses on the analysis of expert teachers on how to help students reach the new knowledge of how to build a reasonable support to conduct research and analysis,from the Scaffolding Teaching Expert Teachers in the study methods of comparative analysis and excellent way,help the novice teachers fast learning and expert teachers closer.It is a very small number of studies on the Scaffolding Teaching Strategies of the expert teachers in Shanghai from the perspective of constructivism.In this study,through classroom observation and research analysis,expert teachers in the use of Scaffolding Teaching Strategies.The main content of this subject is to build the support point.The materials used to construct the scaffold should take into account the different knowledge and experience of the students.Expert teachers to support the construction of a variety of ways to promote the role of teaching.In the process of teaching,the expert teachers are constantly thinking,more interaction with the students,at any time to improve the way to build stents,the use of a variety of methods to build stents.Finally,on the basis of the research,this paper provides a reference for education,teachers and teaching,and puts forward the research difficulties,limitations and future research and challenges.
